I move to TA and started out with a great boss. He left the company and I ended up with an awful boss. She was passive aggressive, created issues within her team, played favorites, couldn’t accept feedback, hated new ideas, would make irrational decisions and then try to justify them with her personal struggles. I planned to retire from the company and she made it unbearable. Not to mention, a coworker and I both left the company and moved into higher level roles. She never wanted to develop us, but we went to two different companies and they saw the worth she refused to acknowledge.
