Poor pyramid structure, some departments are over managed/supervised, others need more people to help management. Don't bother complaining about work load, they will not higher additional non case managers. The few back office, or support people they do hire often have a quick turnover once the full scale of workload to pay/ time allotted is revealed. On that note, you will not work less than 40/week, or not complete your work, either way it's your fault. (case managers are exempt from this comment)
