Their LIFE values are a joke! Their leadership is a set up... major favoritism and friend to friend. There is no more structure. Their morals are very loose and approach is very impersonal, meaning that you are treated like you will never matter. You are just another robot body to fill a spot. They ensure that you feel this way as well. It has sadly taken a turn for the worst and it progresses as time does, making you question your worth and the worth of what you thought you signed up for.

I met some really great people there. I felt like I was truly a part of something bigger than myself. Loved the goal... health for all, hunger for none. I mentored some brilliant minds, and I am honored to have been there to support them.

If the team you're working with likes you, you're golden. If you do things a little differently but can still achieve good results, it will not be enough. Basically, fit in or they will find clever ways to get rid of you, like putting you in charge of a project that you have little-to-no experience working on, and then terminate you when things aren't 100% better.
