Foi uma grande empresa. Hoje vivem de passado. As ações na bolsa dizem tudo. Futuro sinistro. Mega corte na gestão farma em 2024, com decisões apenas políticas, nada de meritocracia. O último que sair, apague a luz.

Bayer sounds great - "health for all, hunger for none". and "dynamic shared ownership". There are some truly amazing people working at Bayer.

Minpunten

But it's "health for all, hunger for none" and "dynamic shared ownership" are bogus. So many people who embraced DSO were let go for voicing their opinions. The toxic leaders made the decisions, and the organization was not truly ready for Bill Anderson's call to action. It's profits first, not people. I believed - but it saddens me to write that I was wrong.
