Pluspunten
The people and the culture are great, the atmosphere is very dynamic and multicultural; the product is fantastic and keeps getting better and better; HR is trying to implement more regular trainings; you are usually trusted to manage your own time (working from home/remotely is possible) and projects. I find that you have to fight a little for a better work/life balance but overall it's pretty good.

Change is fine when it's managed, but change for the sake of changing is dangerous. I think the new leadership team gets that but we need stability. There is no real people management: it's very political, very much about who you're sucking up to. Performance is not rewarded on results but on how much noise you're making.
