You sell your health (mental and physical) to make execs richer. Amidst the few talented and respectable managers is a fascinating array of incompetent managers. Whether you land with a good manager or a no-count buffoon is a spin of the roulette wheel. So many good employees have run away from this place. Many who stay are hanging on for the money or they are younger, less experienced workers hoping to pad their resumes. I feel sorry for the younger people, because of what they get exposed to here and no healthy job experience to compare it to. A soul-sucking meat grinder.
