Minpunten

BeReal has a very toxic, fear-based culture. Everything is built around pleasing the CEO. If the CEO says something, managers do not discuss it, question it, or suggest alternatives. They just agree and do exactly what was said even when the ideas clearly make no sense. Leadership has a very low level of expertise. Some PMs have little real experience and do not know how to build modern digital products. There is no strong product thinking and no understanding of how good apps are built today. There is no user research, no validation. Decisions are made only by intuition, often based on outdated ideas. Arguments do not work. Questions are not welcome. The culture is based on power, not collaboration. The message is clear: “I said it, you do it.” Managers are protected, responsibility goes down, and individual contributors take the blame. If you value discussion, expertise, research, and growth, this is not the right place.
