Communication is not there! Each property did its own thing, there was no consistency and there should have been. The properties should be doing everything uniformed across the border! Showing your supervisor that they were not accurate on how they wanted things so fraudulent paperwork would not be turned in was frowned upon. Refusing the follow said supervisors directions to forge documents and commit fraud has a tickle down effect. Too many little changes every week from compliance and confusing paperwork.
