Most of the people are easy to get along with. Moderately flexibility to working schedule, there is about an hour at the beginning or end of normal operating hours that you can budge your schedule is needed.

Minpunten

Disorganized and unable to make corrections to improved process. Lack of recognition for making a major save or providing an valuable idea that was taken to action. Dishonest business dealings. Dishonest labor management. Incompetent employees are not dealt with unless their action costs the owner in an immediate and visible way. Day to day inability to problem solve is ignored.

1-flexibility with schedules as this business is open 7 days a week 2-you don't have a lot of red tape to go through to make things happen 3-great industry with lots of opportunity for growth within the company

1-benefits are not inline with larger comparable companies 2-because we are open 7 days a week there is always work to do! 3-lack of human resource dept can make employee management complicated
