Worst leadership I have ever encountered. When employee surveys are poor enough to warrant mandatory HR interventions, the appropriate response is usually self-reflection from management, not asking employees to become more resilient while continuing to work around the same structural issues. Free coffee doesn't fix that.
There are good people here doing their best under difficult circumstances. The frustration comes from watching talented teams repeatedly asked to perform miracles without the resources, authority, or support necessary to succeed. At some point, one has to stop blaming the crew and start looking at the captain and "deputy captain"

Until leadership is willing to take an honest look at its own role in employee dissatisfaction, I suspect turnover and morale issues will continue. I would caution anyone considering working here to avoid this sinking ship
