My experience with Behavior Frontiers was extremely disappointing. The level of professionalism and communication I encountered was far below what you would expect from a company providing behavioral services. There were multiple instances where communication was delayed, unclear, or completely lacking, which made it very difficult to feel confident in the support being provided. What was most concerning was the overall lack of respect and professionalism in how situations were handled.
