-Unrealistic expectations put on you -You get in trouble and written up for things that were not communicated to you -Work environment is not a learning environment (you are expected to know everything and do not feel like you can reach out to get answers to your questions) -Their priority: Money -emphasize “culture” but do not care about employees or their clients -VERY HIGH turn over

Love working for this company they value their employee and don't focus on things that drive other companies. If you truly value yourself as a human being this should be the place you work for. In my training batch I met so many of the employees who left to go work for another state but then came back to work for them when they came back to California. That tells me its truly home for people who value their work
