-extremely supportive upper management staff -transparency and visibility throughout company -high levels of communication channels for all staff -weekly, monthly company meet ups and opportunities to connect with other therapists

Minpunten

-not a great chance to get to full-time status to be eligible for benefits -difficult working environment: traveling roughly 50 miles a day, working primarily in client's homes, and the clients can turn aggressive

Getting to help children and their families. Great quality training. Supervisors are very helpful. I absolutely loved coming to work everyday!

Low pay, incompetent and disrespectful management, toxic environment full of bullying and sexual harassment from supervisors, lying is the preferred form of communication for supervisors and upper management, not enough hours for benefits by design, a lack of care for clients from supervisors and management
