- organization changes feel like domino, senior leadership changes every 3-4 months, - unbalanced work distribution, some people are overworked some have barely anything to do. - company only cares for revenue and not staff opinions or well-being - revenue has been negative for several years that means no yearly salary raise, low annual bonus, and very low growth opportunities - they have removed all townhall gatherings, Christmas party, even team pizza party! No budget spending for employees, Only for executives! - low diversity in senior level and higher. - frequent mass lay-offs
