Benchmark is owned and operated by a caring family, who've lived through the challenges and impact of having a loved one who struggles with addiction and depression. Their personal experience brings a passion to treating young adults and helping families struggling with addiction and mental health challenges. Dedicated and caring!

Treatment isn't easy and you have to be dedicated and caring to work in this industry. Sometimes it can feel like two steps forward and one step back. Success is often measured in incremental achievements.

Benchmark has been in business almost 30 years and they gave me many opportunities and I was able to learn so much while I've been here. My supervisor was amazing and the owners are great people with a lot of knowledge about this industry.

The only downside is some of there senior staff are territorial.
