There's very little going for this company, I guess some sense of stability, that's it.

Toxic environment, your thoughts and opinions won't matter. They watch you and review your activity basically 24/7, on your personal computer, no less! In the short time I regrettably spent there I even had to see a fellow co-worker being publicly scolded in front of me and others, disgusting. Their English level is abysmal, specially for a company that gloats about having US and Europe based clients. It's not uncommon being stuck in 7 hours meetings and being asked to learn new programming languages and doing things you weren't hired to do in a matter of hours. Ridiculous. HR department turns a blind eye to these issues. Worst company I've ever worked for.

In the time I have been working at Bertoni Solutions I have not only felt comfortable in the work environment, I have also felt happy to be able to share with my co-workers in monthly virtual integrations, even though it is a 100% remote job. As an intern, I feel that it is a flexible environment (to study and work at the same time), but especially I have been able to meet and work with a great team, such as Human Resources, which supports me, guides me and makes me improve daily.
