The people you call are off lists that have been called many many times before, if you work in the call center be prepared for your computer to malfunction and/or cussed out every two minutes. Benefits are worthless. You only get insurance with incredibly high rates.

None unless you are willing to rip people off and then get ripped off by the owners.

They will pay you nothing and when you do build a sales funnel they will take it from you. Dead end job.
