They contacted my previous employer durning the interview process without my knowledge and when I requested them not to contact. Management was more on the racist side. I felt harassed by management and coworkers. I also found out I was being paid less than everyone on the team ( less than people who were hired around the same time + after with less experience than me) but training is good.
