Work is evaluated on utilization per quarter depending on your department/role. Co-workers are excellent and available to assist whenever possible. The speed of your career trajectory is dependent on the amount of effort you spend outside of your work hours to learn and educate yourself and you are plenty of opportunities to demonstrate new skills and move up the ladder.

The amount of work you have can be dependent on available people resources and it can quickly mount up if you are the only available expert for multiple projects. That being said, it's a good thing when there's a lot of work and a bad thing if there isn't. Projects are solely reliant on the sales team doing good work.
