THERE ISNT ANY PROS At my depot the yard is split in two and the ppl that know the job and been there the longest get spoken to like crap and get told they don't work as a team even tho we help each other and and the other team can't have a bad word said about them and they do nothing wrong and they don't help also get told they are the busiest wagons in the yard even tho they fall over there jobs and there's to many sneaks aswell and only help certain ppl out when they break down and what ever they say to the boss goes there way it's all big secrets in my yard and the fact is certain ppl get looked after aswell

To much work for the amount of staff we have and get told to do it or we get sent back even with a pic our opinions don't count apart from a triangle of ppl what get askd stuff about other ppls round and the ones that do the graft get checked on all the time gets done about near miss's or hazards for the amount of work we do as a single man'd wagon and were you get 2 or 3 ppl on other waste company's wagons which are getting more money per wagon for less work then what we do
