Management practices need significant improvement, particularly in terms of transparency and fairness. There have been concerns about favoritism within the QA team in the past, which affected team morale and growth opportunities for some members. Employee turnover has been relatively high, creating instability within teams. Work ethics and professional standards could be strengthened to create a more structured and supportive environment. Recognition for good performance is limited. Contributions are not always acknowledged equally, which can be demotivating. Opportunities for learning and skill development are limited, and employees may find it challenging to explore new responsibilities or technologies.
