      Many opportunities to learn and move in your career while helping to meet some unmet need for patients. Great team environment, wonderful people.

      Minpunten

      Fast speed. The company is growing and finding its place in the market therefore there is not much work life balance.

      - There are some great people there who are trying to improve things but unfortunately, they get undermined by poor leadership or disillusioned team members - No matter what department, you will be overworked as this company is heavily understaffed in an effort to hit profit targets, as a result you will learn A LOT in a short period of time

      Minpunten

      - Everyone is overworked and underpaid - Leadership is not supportive of new initiatives to improve things - People are miserable and exhausted which creates a sour attitude around the office - Because the culture is so bad, people are so miserable, and leadership is poor there is insanely high turnover (Probably ~70-80% per year) that results in new people being thrown into the fire who have no idea what they are doing that you must rely on it. It's not fair to you or to them

We would like our turnover rate to be less however, it is not 70-80%. We could not have achieved the growth and success experienced in 2021 if our turnover was at a rate of 70% or more.       There are great people who work at this company who have a lot of heart.

      Minpunten

      Leadership and management projects the message that the company is always about to go under. Investment company that owns them adamantly refuses to approve very essential Capex projects. Personnel are routinely overworked and the expectation is that the employees will be available 24/7. Lots and lots of turnover.
