The company offers great salary and overall benefits including 200% match to 401K, Tution reimbursement and stock options with long term incentives. So you will feel financially good as long as you are employed by the company.

Minpunten

Poor leadership, No definite direction, every new executive wants to drive the company their own way without thinking about its employees and how it was done in past. Top executives seem to beleive strongly in the philosphy that their way is always the correct way. Sad to see the employees being laid off, who have spent over 10-15 years at the company specially during this hard economic times. Financial profits are given more value than core human values. I definitely regret my decision now.

The benefits package is strong and competitive, which adds a lot of overall value. There are many internal departments and career paths, making it relatively easy to explore new roles and grow within the company. On-site cafeteria is a convenient and appreciated perk. Many colleagues are highly experienced and have been with the company and industry for years, making them great resources for learning and mentorship.

Minpunten

Promotion policies can be limiting—there seems to be an informal rule that prevents employees from being promoted more than once in a year, even for high performers. Salary could be more competitive compared to market rates. Equipment and internal systems feel outdated and could benefit from modernization to improve efficiency.
