Regarding wages, we pay Houston lab industry standard wages for labs our size (under 20 people). “Janitorial” duties are better described as standard lab cleaning procedures and duties which are part of any lab job. And yes, some employees requiring closer supervision and training may feel micromanaged. However, most employees generally need little attention after initial training. In the end, Christina resigned, started another job and still tried to file for unemployment benefits against Biotechnology Solutions.
