The culture is rotting from the inside out, with people at the top level who doesn't know how to lead or recognize people. It's turned into a culture of cliques, where your work can be claimed by others as their success, and people are unsupportive for fear of falling into the "out" group. They claim it's a diverse place to work, but ONLY by location. It's a very toxic environment. If you can find something better, please do so.
