But it saddens us to hear that you've had a poor experience when working here. We take your feedback seriously and are having discussions internally about how we can improve in the areas you have pointed out. The questionnaire you mentioned was set in place to give all the team members an opportunity to share their thoughts and it was not canceled, it had a deadline from the beginning and management selected some of the points to discuss how we want to work on them in the future. As you may know, we have recently set an extensive feedback program into place in order to hear everyone%E2%80%99s comments and set ourselves improvement goals for the future. We did this because we believe that our team has great inputs and that only together we can make Bitpanda a great place to work.
