Hi Panda — Over the past few months, multiple factors have caused massive uncertainty in the financial markets. As we watched the world events and market conditions intently, hopeful for a turnaround, unfortunately, it proved that we had to move fast and scale down our organisation to make sure we remain a financially healthy company, able to stay true to our mission.
