- Pay is not competitive; was paid significantly less relative to market for experience (didn't realize this until too late, mgmt wouldn't adjust salary either)
- No cost-of-living raises over the 2 years I worked there (No raise at all, ever, actually! And no support to be promoted from within)
- Layoffs occur twice a year, and everyone is replaceable
