Thank you for this, and for the years you spent with us. We’re glad the remote setup and the K-12 mission felt meaningful — that mission is, honestly, the heart of why our CEO does this, and we’re sorry if that didn’t always come through in the day-to-day. We hear your core point: that a great deal sits with one person, and that we need stronger structure rather than leadership operating at the front lines. We’d put it this way — our CEO’s deep, hands-on involvement has been part of what’s gotten Blocksi this far, and the work now is building out a management infrastructure that’s fully aligned with the mission so the company doesn’t depend on any single person.
