The products and services the company provides are in high demand. The work is steady, challenging, and interesting. From the leadership team on down, there are a lot of good people who work here. That always makes coming to work a pleasure when you're surrounded by talented co-workers. The business owners genuinely care about the employees and the BlueSky "extended" families. I really can't think of any Cons. With any company going through a growth phase there can be challenges, but I think the leadership team has done a good job in being proactive in regard to things like office, workspace, etc..
