Minpunten

The company has been growing, but still has a fairly flat organizational structure. That can be good and bad, depending on your preferences and goals. I will state, however, that BlueSky strives to promote from within and place its employees on desired career paths, but advancement into management roles over the near term could be viewed as being somewhat limited.

The products and services the company provides are in high demand. The work is steady, challenging, and interesting. From the leadership team on down, there are a lot of good people who work here. That always makes coming to work a pleasure when you're surrounded by talented co-workers. The business owners genuinely care about the employees and the BlueSky "extended" families. Good work/life balance. Good, strong culture w/ everybody on the same page. Above average compensation and benefits. Always provided the tools to do my job well.

I really can't think of any Cons. With any company going through a growth phase there can be challenges, but I think the leadership team has done a good job in being proactive in regard to things like office, workspace, etc..
