They will hire and fire you at any time. They are biased towards individuals,teams and each and every perspective. Their leads and upper management are so rude and doesn't have any manners to talk to individuals . They treat juniors and others seniors or any person like daily worker and gives no respect. They will mentally Harass you at such level that you as an individual will doubt at yourself. They don't value about your works at all. They don't provide any hike or any promotion. They have the worst work culture and I will never ever recommend anyone to join this organization. Pathetic product with no road maps. And no ethics of work culture. Don't join this organization even if you don't have job do not join this organization at any cost. They simply hire when they have work load and will fire you at any time without any prior notice and will blame you for your work that you are the person responsible for this even though you worked on weekends and gave your 200%. They are cheaters, fraud and what not.

Hire-and-fire culture — even if you contribute a lot to the company’s product, you can be replaced the very next day No bonuses were given, even though they were promised in the offer letter Salary below industry standards Extremely toxic environment — employees treated like laborers rather than professionals I was singled out and targeted, forced to give updates every 15 minutes, while others were left alone No recognition for hard work, even when working long hours and completing every task before deadline. Deadline are so strict that some of the given tasks are to be completed within 30min , which created unnecessary pressure and hostile work environment. Manager had no trust in the team’s work, always doubting results even when they were up to the mark. Managers take credit for employee contributions and give it to their favorites Rampant favoritism and unfair treatment throughout the organization
