Minpunten
Extremely low salaries (on finance department), lack of transparency, lack of progress, management are still not ready to adapt themselves to the changes the LT wants. Hard to break the old culture. Trust to people is not priority and control of quality on job is low and lack of clear protocol. There seems to be for years two teams with different rules foster by senior managers. There is no any single KPI to show real performance.
