Minpunten

When working for a short term contract we can only choose between late or weekend shifts with no flexibility. Call center job can be stressful as we have to work urgently with demanding customers.

Pluspunten

People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

Minpunten

Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
