From super challenging fast paced environments to slow paced teams with mature product. - Great work life balance - Ability to make an impact on company level - Great developers community - A lot of product ownership, not only developers work

Minpunten

- In some teams tech stack is outdated and it will take couple more years to migrate everything - A bit hard to progress in career, sometimes it is easier to apply internally to higher position compared to promotion
