- smart people - competitive salaries (above average but nowhere close to top companies) - work-life balance is usually on the good side

Minpunten

- No growth in compensation or role at all. Due to low attrition, growth has become limited and it has been clearly conveyed to employees. - Work from home is going away soon snatching flexibility from people.
