Hi thanks for the review. I think there are some balanced points in here, with one notable exception :-). We are a trading business and have to keep very close to trade on a daily basis. However , with the development of our purpose and vision we are starting to look far more at what our aspirations and plans are for the longer term with colleagues and customers being at the absolute heart of this and I hope you have or will start to recognise the direction of travel. With regards to the People Team, we have grown a lot over the last 12 months and I am very proud of what The People Team, Talent Aquisition and TDR have delivered, We have a really long list that we are focused on delivering and real ambition. This does take time and we need to put a lot more into Training and Development but it is on its way.
