Minpunten
Positions are cut due to "budget cuts" or for very vague reasons, and then the exact positions are open for new applicants 6 months later. It seemed like issues with employees were not being addressed, and that the reasons for people being let go could have been dealt with had the management actually communicated with the employee. Communication wasn't really existent between my supervisor and myself. In all my time there, I never once received a performance review and I honestly had no idea if what I was doing was correct or not. There was no opportunity for advancement or raises. When I started, current employees told me not to expect either a raise or a promotion. It was a stepping stone job on to bigger and better things, but this is not a company where a career could be made.
