Consulting for the federal government is a great way to work at higher levels of government than one normally would right out of school. Booz Allen offers career mobility between departments in case interests change. New clients/projects always keep the job interesting.

Minpunten

Recent shifts in some department to hotelling work (no offices, just open desks for reservation) encourages work from home. The firm is growing so quickly, the infrastructure is suffering and having difficulties keeping up. Promotions are very competency-based, but much of your annual assessment depends on the quality of your independent reviewer.
