Pluspunten

There used to be so many, but now that we split our business, the culture has changed. Some of our work is rewarding, but that is now few and far between. The people are great, except for high senior management (see cons). It's a shame. I loved this place and unfortunately, the greed of the partners has ruined a great place to work.

Minpunten

Where to start. The work is increasingly mundane, project management related work. We are quickly becoming another boring government contractor. The quality of new hires has been suspect. I am embarrassed by it. Morale is low. And we are going public, and with that comes a new focus on utilization. If you want to expand your career, well, you can't since you are expected to be fully utilized. And what about input on what type of work you want to do? Gone. As I said above, I LOVED this place...but I guess all good things come to an end. It's too bad the partners have sold the firm out for their own personal wealth. It's disgusting, but I don't blame them. They stand to make a lot of money with the upcoming IPO. Great for them, crappy for all the hardworking, great people who have given their lives to their work.

Earlier years felt more mission-focused and employee-centered, while recent organizational shifts, government spending pressures, and increased emphasis on becoming a technology-focused company have created uncertainty for some employees. Frequent changes in priorities, restructuring, and business decisions can make job stability feel less predictable. Employees may sometimes feel disconnected from leadership, and concerns raised through HR or management channels do not always appear to result in meaningful action or transparency.
