Pluspunten

Direct management were hands on and engaging, but not micromanagers. Work/Life balance was superb and time was flexible. The company attracts a lot of talent in my field and it was great experience working hand in hand together.

Minpunten

I didn't really have any downsides. I guess I could have asked for more money upfront but I was happy with my intial offer. The occassional bad manager would pop up now and then, but once the Senior Associates/Principal knew, things would get fixed.

It’s highly dependent on your team and contract, but personally the people I worked with directly (including my managers) were excellent - smart and driven people. It’s a large company so there are plenty of resources available if you seek them out.

Rigid review structure that limits and delays promotion opportunities despite successful delivery on contract.
