No pay progression, so with woefully bad annual increases below inflation you get paid less each year to do more. Managers have favourites and if you're not one of them expect to get the worst tasks and the harshest reviews. Absolutely no back-up from management in difficult situations as they take the side of the complainant. If I could give this job no stars I would.
