Managers have no vision in term of building up member development for team. Managers have micro-management style which is outdated in these modern days. Monitor employee come-in hour doesn't help to enhance team productivity at all. These days flexibility makes employees more productive. HR has no feeling and empathy. The way they layoff employee who contributed to the success of project reflects lack of communication between HR and managers. Manager doesn't know what team members are doing, No focus on Showed no support for employee since the first day. Company has a huge trust issue with employee. Unfair
