      The only nice thing is their office.

      There are no pros. The CEO will make you think this is an innovative and HI-Tech Agency. They are not. The CEO needs to be realistic. Raskspace is innovative company. Boss Creative is far from innovative. They pay their web designers a miserable $15/hr. They charge $100 to $125 /hr. Make the math. For every $15 they pay their employee, they profit a lot money. Please calculate it. They have a high turnover, and each employee use to be clocked. The partners left, because it was not working out for them. There are no health benefits. There is no future. New designers come and go every 6 months when I use to work there. I know that they had warnings with Employment Services for high turn-overs. If you want to make $24,000 a year work for them and in San Antonio, but if you deserve a reasonable $50,000+, look for work in Austin.

      Pluspunten

      The company’s commitment to growth—not just for the business, but for its people was notable . Even as an intern, I felt like my input mattered and was welcomed by the team. The internship program is still developing, but it's clear there’s a strong intention to build something impactful, and I’m grateful to have been part of its early stages. The mentorship I received was thoughtful and constructive, and I always felt encouraged to ask questions and contribute ideas.

      Minpunten

      Shadowing different roles would have added even more depth to the experience for a more wholistic perspective. Possible rotational learning opportunities across departments and teams for exposure to all aspects of the agency in the future.
