I am writing to formally express concerns regarding ongoing leadership conduct within the office. There have been repeated instances where internal leadership matters and criticisms of upper management have been openly discussed in front of staff. This has created confusion, discomfort, and a lack of trust in the chain of command. Additionally, the tone and manner in which certain decisions are communicated have, at times, felt inconsistent with the level of professionalism expected in a leadership role. When leadership openly undermines superiors or contradicts prior statements, it impacts morale and overall confidence in company direction. I believe remote leadership may not be fully aware of how daily operations and communication are being handled locally. My intention in sharing this is not to create conflict, but to ensure accountability and preserve a professional work environment.
