Great place to work in an environment with other team leaders and program managers

Great fast pace and place to work.

Work independently. Decent pay. Great second job (most classes are in the evenings two days a week or on a Saturday).

Long hours at home that are unpaid. Hard to get full-time hours (if not impossible; I think the company does not want to pay benefits). The school is under new ownership which seems determined to put out a lower quality student. After years of loyal service, the company decided to substantially decrease everyone's pay.
