I was a per diem employee, and I really enjoyed my fellow coworkers at Braindbuilders and case manager, but when it came down to actuallu getting assigned cases - it was seriously pulling teeth. No matter how often I followed up and asked for direction. Not going to beg an employer to please give me work when they had me hired for 5 months.

Flexibility in hours, decent pay, BCBA was alright, child was good; though very spoiled; but I enjoyed seeing the child grow during my tenure.

Minpunten

Company doesn’t provide an ounce of benefits for their workers, BCBA was good, but had no management skills and did not know how to handle problematic parents; instead passing the blame on to me and never communicating with me on issues. I was blindsided. Parents can be difficult as well. Their child does not wrong and everyone else is wrong.
