Decent pay, helping individuals with Autism and their families.

Minpunten

Incompetent staff at the main office. Lot of ignorance and mistakes from the “Office Assistant” and no accountability. A very unresponsive owner of the company. No benefits or growth for employees at all. Horrible when it comes to dealing with insurance companies as well, it seems.

Flexibility in hours, decent pay, BCBA was alright, child was good; though very spoiled; but I enjoyed seeing the child grow during my tenure.

Minpunten

Company doesn’t provide an ounce of benefits for their workers, BCBA was good, but had no management skills and did not know how to handle problematic parents; instead passing the blame on to me and never communicating with me on issues. I was blindsided. Parents can be difficult as well. Their child does not wrong and everyone else is wrong.
