Great learning experience, company will encourage you to take IT certificate. Wfh option is there.good management. Fine package.
Minpunten
There is no training for the newbies, but in most of the mid sized companies we wont get the training.. dont expect that much, but the employees are very helpfull. Self leaning is the best in IT. And there is no chitchat time, i think its better to avoid chitchat through the teams so instead of that why dont we have get-together and have a lunch and a fun day..
