      The people that work there are fantastic. Occasionally you get a free meal paid for by the owners. Healthy snacks provided.

      Minpunten

      The sales training is a joke. They only teach one method, taught by someone who may or may not have been a salesman in a past life. Impossible to grow a book of business due to lack of operational support. Ownership is extremely frugal.

      Can be a stressful industry at times.

      The only real positive is the hard working coworkers who are stuck dealing with the same chaos.

      Minpunten

      The culture Bridge used to brag about is long gone. Leadership is reactive, constantly scrambling instead of planning. People are shuffled into roles with no clear direction, only for entire teams to disappear when leadership changes its mind. Turnover is sky-high, morale is at rock bottom, and there’s no stability. They aren’t even hiring anymore — the company is shrinking, not growing.

We’re deeply saddened to hear this is the experience you’re having at Bridge. Leadership has been very transparent and communicative on the growth strategy and direction moving forward, discussed as recently as last week during the company-wide town hall meeting.
